SKILLS COVERED

Agility

Agility in sports is the ability to move smoothly while changing direction. Training it helps young athletes stay balanced, react quickly, and handle unpredictable situations, making them more versatile and effective.

Speed

Training speed helps children by improving their reaction time. It also builds confidence, supports performance in fast-paced game situations, and strengthens the foundation for other athletic skills.

Power

Power is the blend of strength and speed. Building it boosts performance, agility, and competitiveness, giving children a strong foundation for future success.
