Terms and Conditions

By registering for our clubs or booking a fitness session, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. General Bookings & Registrations

  • All sessions for GO Kids and adult fitness must be booked and paid for in advance via our online booking platform.

  • It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian or adult participant to ensure all contact details, emergency medical info, and health declarations are kept up to date.

2. Extreme Weather & Safeguarding Policy

  • Right to Cancel: GO Kids and RoGO Fitness reserves the right to cancel any scheduled indoor or outdoor session if weather conditions present a documented risk to the health, safety, or safeguarding of participants and staff.

  • Applicable Conditions: This extreme weather clause applies to conditions including, but not limited to: torrential rain/flooding, thunderstorms, freezing ice/heavy snow, and extreme heat (typically defined as Amber/Red weather warnings issued by the UK Met Office, or ambient temperatures exceeding 30°C).

  • Our Standpoint: Children and adults cannot exercise safely under extreme thermal stress. Our choice to cancel is a strict measure of safety and a reflection of our duty of care.

3. Cancellations, Refunds & Credits

  • Weather-Related Cancellations: Because extreme weather is an Act of God and entirely beyond our control, sessions cancelled under Section 2 are non-refundable.

  • Standard Client Cancellations:

    • GO Adult Classes: We operate a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your slot with less than 24 hours' notice, the session fee is forfeited.

    • GO Kids Term Bookings: Missed sessions due to personal holidays or general illness cannot be refunded or exchanged for credits.

4. Child Protection & Safeguarding

  • GO Kids operates under a strict Safeguarding Policy to ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all children.

  • Our staff are fully DBS checked, first-aid trained, and qualified to manage youth physical literacy sessions.

  • Behavioral Expectations: We want every child to have fun and move fast! However, if a child displays persistently disruptive, unsafe, or aggressive behavior that compromises the safety of themselves, the coach, or other children, we reserve the right to pause their participation. Parents will be consulted immediately to find a constructive way forward.

5. Medical & Injury Liability

  • By participating in RoGO Fitness or registering a child for GO Kids, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks.

  • Parents must declare any medical conditions (e.g., asthma, severe allergies) before a child attends their first session.

  • RoGO Fitness holds comprehensive Public Liability Insurance, but accepts no responsibility for injuries sustained during sessions due to pre-existing conditions or failure to follow coaching instructions.

6. Photography & Media Permissions

  • During our sessions and holiday camps, we may occasionally take photographs or video footage for marketing, social media, or website updates.

  • Your preference to opt-in or opt-out of media coverage can be selected during your online account setup and can be amended at any time by contacting us in writing.
