What age can my child start GO Kids?
Your child can start their journey with us from age 4. We don't believe in a "one-size-fits-all" approach. Instead, we have a three-stage blueprint that evolves alongside your child’s developing brain and body. We move from teaching the "Basic Mechanics" of movement to "High-Performance Bio-Hacking" as they grow. Choose the right level for your child: Mini Kids (KS1; YearR - 2) GO Kids (KS2; Year 3-6) Athlete Blueprint (Year 7 +) It’s never too early (or too late) to start. Every stage is designed to build confidence, resilience, and a deep understanding of how, where we live (our bodies), work.
What will my child learn at GO Kids?
We combine fun games with the knowledge of how our bodies move and fuel. Activities: We build the 5 pillars of movement—Agility, Balance, Speed, Power, and Strength—essential for every sport and activity. Applied Anatomy: Whilst kids are playing they are understanding how their muscles, bones, and heart work together as a team. Nutrition: We teach the science of fuel. Your child will learn how different food groups power their energy, focus, and recovery. Life Skills: We foster an inclusive environment that builds resilience, confidence, and teamwork—skills that carry over into the classroom and beyond. They’ll learn to move faster and stronger, but they’ll also leave with the knowledge to stay healthy for life.
When can we start?
Term Time Sessions Our programs currently run within schools as before and after school clubs. Registration is typically done on a term-by-term basis to ensure children get the full benefit of our structured curriculum. Mid-Term Starts Missed the start of the term? If we haven't reached maximum capacity, we’d love to have you! You can often join mid-way through—just contact GO Kids via our contact form to check for available spaces. Bringing GO Kids to YOU! We are actively expanding! If you would like to see GO Kids at your school or local sporting club, please get in touch. We are always looking for new partners and locations to help more children master their machines!
Is there a uniform?
Yes! When you first sign up, you have the option to purchase our Starter Kit, which includes: * GO Kids T-Shirt. * GO Kids Wrist & headband or While not mandatory, we find that children love feeling part of the team.
What should my child wear and bring?
Children should arrive ready to GO. Footwear: Supportive trainers with good grip (no sandals, boots, or "party shoes"). Clothing: Comfortable sports gear. In colder months, please provide layers (tracksuit bottoms, hoodies, gloves, and hats) as we aim to be outside in the fresh air whenever possible. Hydration: A water bottle is essential. Proper hydration is a key part of our Nutrition pillar!
What happens if it rains?
We love the fresh air, but we also value safety and a high-quality experience. If the weather is too extreme for outdoor play, we move into our designated indoor space at the school. Your child will still get the same high-energy session, just with a roof over their heads!
Who are the coaches?
All GO Kids sessions are led by qualified professionals who are experts in child movement and fitness. Every coach holds an enhanced DBS check, is first-aid trained, and is fully insured. We pride ourselves on being more than just instructors—we are mentors helping your child understand their own physical potential.
Can I stay and watch?
For our before and after-school programs, we follow the school’s standard safeguarding policies, which mean parents do not stay to watch. This allows the children to focus fully on the games and their teammates.
Do you offer free trials?
Absolutely! We want every child to be 100% excited about joining. Most of our locations offer a complimentary trial session, which is a fantastic way to meet the coach & join in the games before you commit to the term. To secure a spot, simply head to our 'Book Now' page and select a trial session from the booking calendar.
